Store Assistant Role
Katha A Tale of Weaves is seeking an enthusiastic Store Assistant to work in our Office /retail store. Duties include helping our customers identify and purchase items (Both online and Offline), restocking the retail space, and creating appealing merchandize displays. The ideal candidate will have a desire to provide excellent customer service and increase sales.
Store Assistant Duties
- Maintain stock levels in office/ store
- Create merchandising displays
- Assist customers by identifying handloom products to suit their needs
- Handle payments
- Deliver customer service
- Receive and unpack stock
Store Assistant Requirements
- Basic administration skills
- Friendly and helpful attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ( Bengali & English)
- A passion for customer service
- Experience in retail
Store Assistant Qualifications
The education and qualifications of a Store Assistant might include the following:
- At least 12 standard / Graduate
- Must be fluent in English and Bengali
Store Assistant Desired Experience
The relevant experience of a Store Assistant might include working in roles titled as Sales Assistants or Customer Services Officer, where they have developed exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in retail store handling and sales experience especially for handloom products.
Prior experience in computer operation especially knowledge in MSWORD and EXCEL is must to have.
