Shipping within India is currently free irrespective of the number of items bought. This policy can be changed in future without further notice.
Orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. Any delays will be communicated to the client via email.
If your area pin code is classified as a remote area, your order may take longer to be delivered.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at info@kathatale.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email/ Whatssap/ SMS.
Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at the time of checkout. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package 3 (three) times before it is returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained.
Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address including PIN CODE and a contact number to ensure faster and hassle-free delivery.
